Charles Walker is a lifelong Episcopalian growing up in St. Paul’s Church. He has served on the Vestry in the past both as Junior Warden and Senior Warden and the Endowment Board as Secretary, Vice Chairman and Chairman. He and his wife are Norfolk natives and live in Norfolk. He is a retired engineer.
