Orlando is originally from Cuba where he worked at the Ministry of Justice. He served The Episcopal Church in Havana as Legal Affairs Advisor and later Chancellor of the Diocese of Cuba. Orlando has degrees in Lay, Religious Studies and Theology. He and his wife, Damaris, worship at St. Paul’s.Â
